Day 1 : Diani → Shimba Hills
Morning pick-up from Diani or Mombasa. Drive to Shimba Hills National Reserve. Afternoon game drive through the coastal forest. Spot sable antelope, elephant, and forest birds. Overnight at the Shimba Hills Lodge (tree lodge overlooking a waterhole).
Day 2 : Full Day Shimba Hills
Dawn game drive. Guided hike to the spectacular Sheldrick Waterfall. Afternoon bird walk with a ranger. Overnight at the lodge and listen to the sounds of the African forest at night.
Day 3 : Morning Walk → Return
Final guided forest walk. Breakfast at the lodge. Return to Diani or Mombasa by midday. Spend the rest of your day relaxing on Diani’s pristine white beaches.
