Contact Us
Tell Us Where You Are. We Will Take Care of the Rest.
Contacting us is easy. We personally reply to every request, with no automated responses or phrases like “we will get back to you within 5 to 7 business days.” Send us a message today and you will get a reply from a real person, usually within a few hours.
WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us. If you prefer email or the contact form below, that works too. However you reach us, we will reply with a clear and honest answer, not a sales pitch.
Quick Answers Before You Contact Us
Do I need to pay the full amount in advance?
No. We require a deposit to confirm the booking, and the balance is paid before or on the day of the safari. We will confirm the payment schedule when we send you the quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept M-Pesa, bank transfer and cash on arrival for guests residing in Kenya. For international guests booking from abroad, we accept international bank transfers and will agree on the most practical method based on your location. We will confirm this when we send you the quote.
Can I change the dates after making a booking?
Yes, we understand that travel plans can change. We ask that you let us know about date changes as early as possible, especially for overnight safaris that involve accommodation bookings. Contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
What happens if I need to cancel my booking?
Our cancellation policy is clearly stated in the booking confirmation. As a general rule, the more notice you give, the more flexible we can be. In cases of force majeure (illness, flight cancellation, real emergencies), we work with guests rather than against them. We are a small, family run operation, and we treat people that way, not as booking numbers.
Can you accommodate special dietary or medical needs?
Yes, just let us know when you make your request. Dietary needs for meals during multi day or overnight safaris are communicated directly to the lodges and camps we book. For medical needs that could affect the safari, such as mobility issues or conditions we should be aware of in the field, please tell us so we can plan accordingly. None of the information you share with us will be disclosed beyond what is necessary to ensure your comfort and safety.
Do you accommodate solo travelers?
Yes. Solo travelers are welcome, and we regularly organize safaris for them. We will be upfront about pricing: a solo safari in a private vehicle costs more per person than a group safari, and we will discuss the options available, including joining a small group departure if the dates line up and you are comfortable with that.
