A thoughtfully paced 6-day safari across Kenya’s most iconic landscapes — from the Masai Mara to Tsavo East.
Designed for immersive wildlife viewing, balanced travel days, and a deeper connection to each destination.
You depart Nairobi early in the morning, leaving the city behind as the landscape gradually opens into wide plains and long horizons.
By midday, you enter the Masai Mara — a place shaped by open grasslands, winding rivers, and constant movement. This is where your safari truly begins.
Your first game drive unfolds slowly, following wildlife trails through the reserve before arriving at camp for lunch and rest. The afternoon is deliberately unhurried — time to settle in, listen to the sounds of the bush, and let the distance from daily life sink in.
Later, as the light softens and temperatures drop, you head out again for an evening game drive. Predators begin to stir, and the plains take on a golden glow that defines the Mara at dusk.
Today is about depth, not distance.
After an early breakfast, you set out with packed lunches for a full day inside the reserve. There’s no fixed route — the day responds to the land itself: tracking herds, pausing near rivers where hippos surface quietly, and waiting patiently where wildlife activity draws attention.
Lunch is enjoyed in the wild, under the shade of trees, surrounded by the sounds of the savannah.
As the sun lowers, you return to camp — dusty, satisfied, and carrying the quiet thrill that only a full day in the Mara delivers.
After breakfast, you leave the Mara and travel east toward the Rift Valley floor. The scenery shifts — escarpments, lakes, and changing vegetation signal a new chapter of the journey.
There is an optional stop at Lake Naivasha for a relaxed boat safari (optional, not included), offering a gentle contrast to the previous days of game drives.
You arrive at your lodge near Lake Nakuru around midday for lunch and rest. In the afternoon, you enter Lake Nakuru National Park — compact, scenic, and known for its strong rhino population.
Game drives explore the lakeshore and wooded areas, with chances to see both black and white rhinos, as well as flamingos and other birdlife depending on the season.
You depart early and head south toward Amboseli, where the landscape flattens and Mount Kilimanjaro gradually dominates the horizon.
Arrival at camp is around midday, followed by lunch and time to rest. The afternoon game drive focuses on Amboseli’s most iconic residents — large elephant families moving across open plains and swamps, often framed by Africa’s highest mountain.
In the evening, you return to camp for dinner, followed by a cultural storytelling experience hosted by members of the Maasai community.
After breakfast, you enjoy a final game drive as you exit Amboseli, then continue toward the vast landscapes of Tsavo East.
Tsavo feels different — wider, rawer, and more untamed. Red earth, big skies, and long distances define this part of Kenya.
You arrive at your lodge or camp around midday for lunch and rest. Later in the afternoon, you head out for a game drive along rivers and waterholes where elephants, buffalo, and predators gather as the day cools.
Sunset in Tsavo is expansive and quiet — a fitting contrast to the intimacy of earlier parks.
After an early breakfast, you enjoy a final game drive as you exit Tsavo East.
From here, the journey transitions gently from wilderness to coast or onward travel. You continue toward Watamu or Mombasa Airport, depending on your plans — carrying the rhythm of the safari with you long after the parks are behind.
